1.Get Ready Before Your Trip

Download VPN App

Due to internet restrictions, some international websites and services (such as Google, Gmail, and WhatsApp) may not be accessible in China.

We recommend preparing a VPN before arrival for smoother internet access.

WeChat is the most commonly used communication and networking app in China. Set up WeChat in advance will make communication and networking easier during the forum.

2. When You Arrive in Shanghai

Transportation to the Venue

If you arrive at Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG), it's around a 40-minute drive to the forum venue; from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA), around 70 minutes.

DiDi, a ride-hailing app in China (similar to Uber), is recommended to use. You can pay via credit cards, Alipay, or WeChat Pay.
