The primary language of the conference is English. Some speakers will present in Chinese, but simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

Is virtual attendance available?

Virtual attendance is currently not supported.

Will there be a replay available?

We will release some conference videos after the event, subject to the speakers' permission.

What does the registration fee include?

The fee covers 2 days of academic conferences, a biohacker session, refreshments, and lunches. Hotel and transportation costs are not included.

What should I do if I need an invitation letter for my visa?

Please send your full name (as on your passport), gender, date of birth, passport number, and nationality to info@timepie.com. We will issue the invitation letter based on this information.

How can I purchase an academic ticket at a discounted price?

What is the refund policy if I cannot attend?

If you are unable to attend, please inform us by July 31, 2025. A $30 processing fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Refund requests made after this date will not be accepted.
